Tiwi’s Technology Center has many core technologies such as  hardened deep nitrogenzation、gear teeth controlled shot peening、gear teeth surface grinding、tooth profile tip design、fine-pitch gear system design、worm-wheel reducer design、robot joint reducer design. Many patents has been got.

Parameter design such as CAD、CAE were applied in the center.

Tiwi’s Technology Center has Gleason MM gear measuring center、Zeiss three-coordinates measuring machine、universal tool maker's microscope machine and so on.
